United to Make Difference

United to Make Differences is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Leeds, committed to supporting children, migrants, and low-income families. Since 2010, we’ve provided inclusive, community-based programs that promote education, well-being, and connection for those who need it most.

We offer a range of activities including after-school clubs, sports sessions, English and Maths support, and empowerment programs for young people—especially girls. For migrants, we provide integration support, language help, and community events that build confidence and reduce isolation. In partnership with Elland Accountancy Ltd, we also run UK-specific accounting training for migrants with international experience.

What makes us different is our grassroots approach. Many of our team members come from the same communities we serve. We understand the barriers people face and work to remove them—offering free or low-cost access to opportunities that help people grow, connect, and thrive.

We believe that everyone deserves a fair chance, no matter their background. Our goal is to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals and families can build better futures—together.
