Our Walking Football sessions are designed specifically for older adults who want to stay active in a safe, friendly, and low-impact environment. While the pace is slower, the benefits are powerful.
Regular participation helps improve mobility, balance, and cardiovascular health, while also reducing the risk of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and joint stiffness. Just as importantly, it offers a chance to reconnect—with others, and with the joy of movement.
For many of our participants, Walking Football is more than just a weekly activity. It’s a way to combat loneliness, boost mental well-being, and stay socially engaged. Friendships are formed, confidence is rebuilt, and laughter is just as common as goals.
